Sublime Gelato has embraced new technologies that have enabled significant quality and structural improvements to our gelato and sorbet. All of our flavours scoop at the same consistency and at the same temperature. Gone are the days of melting lemon alongside a rock hard chocolate!

Our commitment to quality extends further to provide excellent food and health safety standards. Every product complies with a documented and traceable HACCP system. We are also accredited with the
